We are a specialty espresso drink and coffee bar with a focus on quality.

All of our espresso and coffee is roasted on-site in partnership with Bishop Coffee Roasters so our beans are always fresh. At the Black Sheep we insist on using Horizon Organic milk to enhance our drink quality and to support the sustainable production of dairy products in general. Furthermore, we offer an array of delicious foods from local baked goods to smoothies to our famous home-made quiche.

We share space with Spellbinder Bookstore, an independent bookstore with an excellent selection of both books and magazines. So please, on your next trip to Bishop please stop in and visit us!
